Hi,<br> <br> About a month ago I contacted Stor-age to find out if they can accommodate my friend's stuff till February. She had gone away and was due back in the country end of Feb. I spoke to Wouter and he told me that he had a unit available. I chatted to him on the phone the week before the Monday I moved in and I confirmed that I ONLY needed storage till end Feb. <br> <br> On the Monday, he was not in and I signed the form with Siyabonga. A very RUDE fellow I must mention. He is cheeky, aggressive and a guy you'd want to punch in the face...<br> <br> Regardless, I am now told by the same Siya that I did not give them notice for end Feb. I asked him when I should have done this and its not clear. He maintains that I should have told him not Wouter and the fact that I told Wouter before I signed the contract means I needed to tell them again... Interesting. They flouted so many of their own rules and not that someone has to be responsible for their incompetence, they choose to DENY that we agreed in the first place...<br> <br> The BIG baas Mr. Store Manager fancy title Siya is now is threatening not to pay me back my deposit.
