Hi Roxy

I'm still waiting for feedback on this matter. It's been over a month now. There is no clear feedback.

How long will this take?

I received the feedback below;

Stor-Age Self-Storage: Samrand

Feedback on your claim for your TV that was missing from your unit.

Our Insurance Brokers gave us feedback today: They can’t process the claim as there was no forced entry on your unit.

What we as Stor-Age is going to do from our side is we will make an ex gratia payment of R3000.00 as a gesture of goodwill despite their being no evidence of any negligence on our part.

Please feel free to contact me if you need to discuss further.

My TV went missing from a locked storage garage. This is not an isolated incident. You can go check for similar stories on Hellopeter. This is definitely negligence on your side. I bought the lock from you guys & someone there can open these locks. I do not care who it is but someone is opening these storage garages. Where are the cameras that show movement to & from my storage garage?

I paid you guys to keep my stuff safe. I was not given that storage garage free of charge. I want the full amount to replace my TV.

Hello. I have not/did not receive the call. This case is now dragging on for far too long. The theft was reported more than 2 months ago but I'm still struggling.
