Storage Unit Access Denial

I have settled my outstanding debt in full and sent proof of payment to Danielle and Tanya at Stor-Age Silverlakes, they are still keeping me out of my unit days later. I have been with the company for years and this is the worst service I have ever received - I wonder who employed them. Their arrogance is appalling.
