STORAGE EDGEMEAD TAKES YOUR MONEY AND LOCKS YOUR RENTAL UNIT FOR YOU TO NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS IT WHEN YOU ARRIVE WITH REMOVAL COMPANY

I secured a storage unit on 31/12/22 and paid R2419.01. When I arrived at the unit on the 01/01/23 the unit had a red lock on it whereby I could not access the unit. Storage is ignoring my calls and does not know who reimbur*****t clerk is. I have left numerous messages and no one returns my calls. They claim they have called but there are no miscalls. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE HIGHLT INCONVENIENCED AND YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK...
