Stor-age TOKAI
Very disappointed with this month - November 2021's rental. I was travelling throughout this month and going through some personal issues, and missed the deadline for non-renewal, for December 2021. I asked a few times for leniency, and they refused each time. So now they are keeping my deposit, whilst telling me to vacate my unit by end of November 2021. Their lack of understanding and humanity means I will never return or refer anyone to Stor-Age TOKAI ever again.

While we do offer flexible lease agreements, our contracts stipulate that tenants needs to give at least 15 days’ notice before vacating their units. 29 Nov 2021, 17:27I told the manager in person, who was processing my application, that I only wanted a 1 month's rental, and I will definitely not be renewing it. Why should I have to reaffirm this again?
Ask your Tokai branch manager if I didn't tell her this.
Your persistence of having to reply by the 15th on renewal seems more like a loophole to exploit.
