Stor-Age Self Storage Garsfontein Refund Crisis!!!!!

I moved my kids furnisher in a storage on the 2nd of January 2025 for a month. I vacated on the 19th of February 2025. Check in customer care was excellent, I was assisted by Daryn very friendly and helpful. However Daryn,s attitude just suddenly changed as I am now following up on my Deposit, very dismissive on the phone. It is almost a month I have been chasing for my deposit refund and Daryn suddenly tells me about how Nationwide they are and there is only one head office dealing with refunds yet the lease stipulates the refund time frame. All the great service I received on day 1 has gone down the drain. Very disappointed with level of customer care.
