There seems to be scant regard for customer retention at Stor-age in Mt Edgecombe. It seem that this policy is well entrenched in the system and filters down to the client facing staff. When taking out a storage contract it's usually normal to think that the monthly price you are quoted to store goods will at the minimum be valid for one year. Well, surprise surprise!! The Client facing staff will not tell you that you are likely to experience a price increase after 6 months, however this fact is very true. Imagine my shock when I budgeted for a yearly storage fee based on the price I was given, only to be hit with a whopping 14% increase 6 months down the line. My advice to you, don't use these devious people, because if you can't trust them to be honest and up front with pricing, how can you trust them to store your precious goods? Stor-Age gets a 1 for being dishonest and **************!!
