Stor-age deposit refund and pro rata for 8 days

I have been waiting for my refund / deposit since the 8th of January. I followed all the process, face the notice on time. In December already I told them I moved my things out in the 8th of January, I paid for full month in January even though my staff was only there for 8 days.. Im calling and sending emails almost everyday storage boksburg, they never answer the line, always get to the call center they take my details down, promise I will get a call back nothing. I have sent over 10 emails no feedback received.
