Stor-age, deposit not refunded

I had a fairly pleasant experience while my goods were stored at stor-age Conststia Kloof. I then gave my notice that I will be vacating the facility on the 16/04/2021 which is what I knew to give 14 days notice. That is where my experience terribly changed, I was told I needed to give notice by the 15th. I then directed them to the contract I signed that indicated that I need to give 14 days notice. They refused to give me my deposit back and also did not send my closing invoice so I can see how my deposit was allocated for me to actually take this ip with their complaints department if they have it. From the back and forth about the notice notice period they just ignored me and never bothered to engage me further. I would never use their services again, extremely disappointed.
