Stor-Age business practises

I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with this company. I indicated that I would remove my belongs from the unit at the end on the 31 October, due to unforeseen circumstances I notified Stor-age that would vacate on the 1 November. I was notified that I would be charged the full months rental, when I complained we agreed that I would be charged 1 day pro-rata. My deposit was subsequently reimbursed less R800. It appears I was charged this amount for 1 day. This company employs ********* and ************ business practices and should not be supported in any way.
