Stor-age Bloemfontein poor admin and customer service
Stor-Age Bloemfontein has VERY poor customer care and administration. They had issues with their bank so instead of sorting it out they send notices out to customers. Despite contacting them and confirming the payment went of my bank account they follow-up with a threatening letter. Previously there was a break-in and the insurance did not pay out as I did not have receipts of the goods. Think again before doing business here!

To address the break-in in 2019, although there was no payout due to policy not being followed, we did provide you with a 50% discount for the inconvenience.
