I have given my notice to Stor-age Claremont as requested an the correct days and 1day late as my removals company messed me around on the 30 Nov 2020 so we moved what we could with van on 30 Nov 2020 an the big stuff we needed removals truck, which was moved out on the 1st Dec 2020 we were out of STO-RAGE Claremont by 13h00pm and left it in a clean state as requested, and my partner went to the staff on duty an reported we out and apologized. Now I am been charged a full month rental of R3300 which is absurd for a Storage unit I'm not using at all, and now they keeping my R1000 deposit, I don't mind been charged a pro rata rate for the day, but a full month is a *******!!!!! We rented a storage unit with them for 10 months and paid monthly on time, now I get this service!!! I will never recommend STOR-AGE to anyone. I refuse to pay a month.
