Hi Prasad
We have attempted to make contact using three different telephone numbers that we have on record for your account. Unfortunately we have been unable to reach you. We have also sent email correspondence.
We understand that you have not received confirmation of your intention to vacate your storage unit. Our apologies for you not receiving this. We can assure you that your notice has indeed been recorded, and that you are scheduled to vacate on or before 31 August 2015.
We are obligated to still send invoices, to all active customers, whether notice to vacate has been placed or not. The reason for this is we do often find that customers who have placed notice to vacate do actually stay on and continue with their storage. If invoices are not sent, these customers cannot be charged their rent.
Mention is made, in the email sent with your invoice, that if notice to vacate has been placed then the invoice can be ignored. If you have a debit order on your account, no payment will be processed.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding, and once again please accept our apologies for any confusion.
Kind regards
Stor-Age
