Rip-off
<p>I hired a unit in Edgemead in December 2015 . The rate was R1500 incl.</p> <p>In July 2016 it went up to R1700 (an increase of 13.33%!!).</p> <p>It has just gone up again by 11.47% to R1895 (10 months later !!).</p> <p>Are these people on a get-rich-quick scheme?? </p> <p>There can really be no justification for these inflated prices! Its not related to CPI or inflation or anything. And they know people are vulnerable, because its not easy to pack up, move everything to another facility.</p> <p>Shamefull !!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We understand your increase has been deferred for 3 months, as per email from Samantha. Please note we try not to increase our rental frequently, on average this is done annually and on the basis of occupancy levels, current rental rates, availability and many other factors.
