RIDICULOUS monthly increases once you're a loyal customer
Great company, but HATE the way they trap a captive audience!!! Increases are BEYOND ridiculous. I have had TWO increases of over 20% each in one year. I send emails, and object, and ask for consideration as a long term client but get ignored blank. Pretty ****ty way of doing business!!
