Ridiculous excuses around mice being present in the facility

I think it pathetic that your units were not maintained appropriately... The mice present are indication of the storage facility not being maintained as per protocol.. It goes with out saying that the insurance would not Cover a lack of diligence from business operatives. The presence of mice was recorded not only by myself but also the maitland staff.... The amount of damage to my goods is evidently not something that happened overnight. So mice present in the building is obvious. I urgently require a settlement that responds to your lack of diligence rather than throwing it over to insurance. Car insurance will also never payout if I was drunk driving so I don't understand your point.
