Return of deposit Constantiakloof

I rented a storage unit and car park for a few months and advised of my vacating of premises end December in November. I moved out on 31 December as agreed and to date have not received my deposit. I email, no response and no acknowledgement. I find this totally unacceptable and did give any hassles when making payment. Why can this not be the same for my deposit. Id like this returned immediately as your office do not reply to emails.
