REFUND OF DEPOSIT TAKES 6 WEEKS

I rented a unit from Stor age. When I went there I had to pay in advance for a month plus a deposit equally to the monthly rent, admin fee as well as a access tag. I wanted a bigger unit, so I called them and they asked met to come and look how big the space I needed had to be. I went there after work and I was shown the unit, the price on the unit was quoted to me at R720,00 per month. I asked for a written quotation. I had to call again a day later for the quotation, then suddenly the price were R850,00 pm additional admin costs. I got another unit and I gave 14 days written notice 20 November 2015. I removed my stuff from storage on 16 Dec 2015 after paying for the full month of Dec 2015. When I called today to find out when I can bring my tag back and get my deposit I was told they do not want the tag back they just inactivate it, what must I do with it? but I paid for it. Due to some head office problem my deposit can only be paid back the 2nd week in January 2016 so can I keep my store locked until I receive by deposit? I am very upset about the treatment I had from Brooklyn Stor Age and will never make use of their services again, for they are not TRUSTWORTHY!
