Refund not paid, emails not responded, disappointed

I went to search for storage for a period of two months, this totalled to R2000, the consultant in Boksburg said August will be free and I'm paying for Septemberand October. About 3 days later my Aunt offered to store my things and I asked to cancel the agreement, they canceled this for me and sent me a confirmation letter. It has taken more than a month for this company to return my money. Emails were not responded, calls not answered, just simply ignored. Finally they got back to me saying my money will be paid within 2days, they paid only half... today I'm still emailing them to pay the rest of my money. I'm just so disappointed and I won't reccomend this storage to anyone. Why only return half and promise to return the rest then just not returning it?? Please pay back my money... I never even used the storage for 1 minutes never mind 1 day!
