RATS at Stor-age sunninghill
Iam extremely angry and disappointed in the service I received after storing my furniture for 2 months only to find out my things where eaten by rats. I took out insurance and when I showed them the proof of the items eaten they denied it and accused me of coming with the rats. They told me it was the 1st incident and couldn't do anything about it and was not able to claim for insurance. Stor-age has RATS and they deny it!

Please note that we invest in a pest control company that frequently services our rodent deterrent equipment which are placed throughout the property. This is the first such instance that has been brought to our attention. You mentioned to our team that you were not happy with your removals company, and that there was a possibility that the rodents may have entered your goods during the move.
