Only Interested in Money, Not Service

Good day, like many other reviewers here, I unfortunately went into arrears with my account due to COVID and like the others, there was no compassion with the situation that we all faced and one are rather slapped with late fees, HOWEVER, after having settled my account in full yesterday and having received a default listing notification from a third party for the default listing, I am now unable to get hold of the debtors department to confirm that this listing has been removed. I called the number provided, however, it goes straight to voice message. The debtors department only responds after having to re-send mails and then it is answered without providing a name for the person that you are speaking to in the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen. So whoever this unprofessional person is, he/she is hiding behind mails and is not contactable via phone. I need to have the default listing removed asap. I asked for a change in the account details as well directly with Stor-Age Pinehurst where my units are, however, after being assured that this would be done today, it is found this morning after me having to chase that the person dealing with this is working at a different branch today. This is unacceptable. Please get someone who can assist in confirming that the account default has been removed to contact me. My account number is L017.

Hi Yolanda. We tried to accommodate your circumstances by extending your payment deadline which you failed to honour and we had to hand this matter over resulting in a default listing. We have confirmed that Leonie has been in contact with you to help lift this default listing. Thanks, Stor-Age
