Never using Stor-age again

Stor-age Berea are ****** who have been over charging me for months. Every month end I pay more than the documented instalments and when I query it, I’m told it’s charges either for late payments( debit order) or they didn’t get the amount they tried to debit. I didn’t have proof that time when one of their consultants called querying about payment not received. According to our agreement, the monthly rental was R1099 but according to them it was R1199 of which they have been deducting all along. I took my things cause I wasn’t going to continue doing business with ******, even then they called to say I owe them and they took my deposit. As if the trauma of my house burning, these companies I seek help from *****ed me up.
