During this lockdown how do you expect me to have moved my belonging from the storage while government is telling us to stay at home unless you are essential staff.

You also sent me an email last week stating that you will waiver the April premium due to the national shutdown and to move by May 3.

So why am I getting an invoice now again, when your email states otherwise, and this current stage no one, neither yourselves know when the lockdown will end and it it does end at the end of April I will have my stuff out by May 3 as stipulated in your previous email.

I had already given you notice but was unable to move due to the national lockdown and now how van be charge for a decision that has been made by government to keep everyone at home and restric movement, and they will not consider moving my items from storage as urgent.

I will forward this to the national government and also to lawyers evaluate an review what you are doing to be, I will also be laying a complaint with the ombudsman and all social platforms that I can find as I cannot be penalized for this as this there is a national shutdown and it is not by my own doing that my goods are still in your storage,
