This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. I have had my unit since the beginning of covid and monthly rentals have been made since. Last Monday I receive a call to say my unit has been cleared out and my items are with auctioneers. HOW!?? They are definitely running a scheme with the auctioneer companies they use and they prey on units that have been rented long term. I have been sent from pilar to post trying to retrieve my items back and I have been treat in the most unprofessional and rude manner. They don’t respond to mails and they avoid all calls. What a terrible business this is. All my sentimental family items are lost and no one is giving me a straight answer. This is absolute *******.
