Going beyond the call of duty

Excellent!!!! I had an amazing experience at Stor-Age (West Rand). Although the facility closes at 6pm, manager Dewald allowed us to use it after 6pm on a Friday night. We had an emergency and were forced to move all my mother's belongings into storage in one day. Dewald was very compassionate and understanding, allowing us access after closing time on a Friday night / Saturday morning. He personally stayed on the premises after hours and patiently waited for us to finish our move. He even helped carry some boxes at one point. We only finished at 5am Saturday morning, and Dewald was there the whole time making sure we were satisfied. Thank you Dewald and Stor-Age for going beyond the call of duty and assisting us when we were in a pickle and really needed help!! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has storage needs.
