I am deeply concerned and troubled by this company's ethical values. I rented three units from December until February. Early February I gave notice that we will be vacating the units

Thank you for taking our call earlier. As per your signed rental agreement there are no pro-rated rental refunds in the event that you vacate the storage unit before the last day of the month.
