Enticed by Security

Had a run in with the Security guard on the 24 November 2016. As none regular client to our store we did not know that this Stor-Age at Durbanville wasnt a 24/7 as the other Stor-Age we used for 2 to 3 years at Tableview, where we never had any issue with.

At 19:05 we arrived at the store to get a suitcase from our store. Our tag didnt work at the gate and while we were trying to figure out what's for what the security guard bashed through the door and said it's close, my wife asked him what does he mean it's close?. He rep**** :"Go read your ****ing contract", and proceed back inside.

I got out of the vehicle and proceeded to the guard house to request an explanation as we didn't know what he was referring to, he was very busy locking and trying to conceal a black bag that was taped closed. He just said were closed, I asked him if theres anyone else I could speak to which he rep**** no.

He kept on saying he's going home and didn't want to help or explain or even try to answer my questions, which I figure he got a lot of, finally he told me to :"**** off". By then I was furious and told him to "**** himself" and walked to my car and got in, tried to call Stor-Age to find out what's going on. He then returned 10 seconds later heavy aggressive which prompted me to exit my vehicle, thoughts was to protect my wife inside the vehicle as the security guard had his hand in one pocket.

It took every inch if my energy to not get physical with this person, with the news lately of race etc I tried to get as much attention on CCTV cameras at the premises. And even let him take a video of us. Knowing that he would show it to his superiors.

After all of this Stor-Age Durbanville called my wife this morning to "threaten" her, (even though I gave my cell number to the guard and on the video he took). This is in really bad taste the way Stor-Age Durbanville warned her if any indiscretion from her they would cancel her contract.

I called the Manager just now and explain my side of the incident, which seems totally irrelevant???
