Initially, we were hesitant to proceed due to the costs, but during our discussion, we mentioned that we planned to stay for a minimum of three months. This led to a conversation about potential discounts, which seemed to make the deal worthwhile.

However, it was never clearly communicated that the discount offered was only for a single month. Both of us understood that the discounted rate would apply for the entire duration of our stay. Had it been made clear that the discount was only for the first month, we would not have proceeded with the rental.
