Deposit Query Refund

It is rather disturbing to read all the queries or complaints about Stor-Age are related to Refunds on HelloPeter clearly that gives an indication that if you are waiting for a refund from them you will get it after numerous correspondence.

I vacated their Stor-Age end January 2018 I gave my notice accordingly and I have forwarded the banking details of where my refund should be deposited, I have been asking the Head Office when can I expect the deposit and only that 1 answer (when) I haven't received any response from them nor the money into my account. Surely the same way they deduct payments with no delays should be the same way they do refunds when they are due to you.

Please can someone process my refund - I don't owe them anything I vacated their Stor-Age in Midrand and in this case Midrand has done their part to forward all the necessary documents to the Head Office (Cape Town) so I don't want to be told to contact Midrand branch.
