Deposit Not Returned

Hello, i had my stuff stored at Storage in Midrand for about 15 months. I gave notice as required and then removed my stuff. It has gone exactly one month and i have not received my deposit. I made numerous calls to Max as well. He promised me the money but nothing has happened since our last email. I will quote his last email : Dated 25 November 2017

Hi Deon Thank you for letting me know, it seems most of my clients also didn’t get anything yesterday, I will follow up with Finance morning as this is unacceptable and they did say everyone will be paid but nothing and I’m also in the dark on what’s happing. Please accept my deepest apology I will follow up and give feedback on Monday at 10:00am Kind Regards Max Really Disappointed
