Debit Orders on Incorrect Date and Bad Service

<p>My Troubles with Storage started with thier incorrect date Debit order system as they where unable to debit my account on the 26, as a result of this I incorrued costs and charges whilst I was still able to make a manual payment and even after this they still debited my account in some cases they would debit for the next month as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I tried to send them emails that they should cancel these debits and I pay them manually they refused, now they are threatening to Auction my good kept on their premises with out a valid court order and they are harrasing me over the phone and not willing to enter into a payment agreement over email.
