Cannot move in - after contract signed - POOR SERV
Done contract and confirmed with Edelweiss Scott before I left for Kuruman . Nelson confirmed that I could move in on 27/28 June 2015 as I returned from Kuruman, but that I must have the deposit in cash with me. Rented trailer to be back on 28 June 2015. On arrival 07:30 on 28 June 2015 no-one could help me wrt allocated storage holder and informed that I must come back on Monday - 29 June 2015. Poor MANAGEMENT - Who must done what between Nelson, Edelweiss Scott or Cindy Fourie (Operational Manger).<br> <br> Breach of contract and held Stor-age responsible for rental of removal trailer.
