Barbara at Stor Age Waterfall Talks to Customers Like Dirt!!!

Stor Age took over the premises at Waterfall KZN where I have a storage facility. This transition has resulted in ongoing abusive emails from Barbara at Stor Age. I pay my account on or about the 15th of the month as that is my salary date. This was agreed upon by Stor Town the previous owners. Through the transition, this has not been noted and I have approached Stor Age asking for an explantation. Today I paid and sent Barbara proof of payment. She shouted at me stating she will not accept my proof of payment. She is abusive, rude and totally intolerant of people. It has been a shocking experience. I would not recommend this facility in Waterfall to anyone considering storage facilities.
