Bad service

They are ******, i didn't pay rent for one month and they started adding ridiculous interest and then had no option but to opt for auction and they sold my staff for less than R7000 im talking about a fully furnished 2 bedroom unit like tv's couches and beds and my clothes and my Daughters clothes everything was sold for R7000 and then was told the amount i am owing was not reduced to R7000 i am definitely sure they were sucking the amount out of their thumbs,i was dealing with a lady by the name Armourine... their service is bad always not willing to help and they threw away my qualifications and my other important documents on purpose and when i went to the storage to get more information about my qualifications i was told in their premises "the is nothing they can do to help me" if only i knew i would have never ever put my staff there and i wouldn't advise anyone to go put their staff there... Terrible service!!!!!
