Bad customer service
I have been wanting to use the storage at the Randburg Branch (Bram Fischer Road). The sales service was good. The after sales service very bad. Response very bad, IF there was a response. Quite an arrogant attitude as well. This from the Branch manager I was shocked to hear. I cancelled with the Randburg Branch to say the least. The impression I got was that they don't care about the customers they only want sales. Very disappointing experience.
