Appalling service

<p>I write this with a heavy heart. I can't believe in this day and age people still have experience such terrible service and the worse part is that you pay for to be treated like filth. It just starts with the poorly trained staff at the gate that clear think that you given the unit you PAY for as charity..... I have had several encounters with one of the ladies that work at the gate where she was absolutely rude. And on a different occasion one of their staff that comes once in a while spoke to me as if he was speaking to his garden boy........ now as a paying customer of more than one unit i feel like this company needs to seriously consider changing how they treat their customer. As your customers we have rights and we can not continue to pay to be ill treated by staff that has no training in customer service. This is intolerable!!!!</p>
