Absolutely disgusted!

We rented a storage locker from Stor-Age Lyttelton. About 2 weeks after we first put our belongings in the locker, I returned only to find that my plasma screen TV had been ****** and that someone looked thrugh our stuff and opened our boxes. The lock was broken and this was conveniently enough the only place, according to one of the employees, where there was no camera. After little to no help from the employees, I opened a police case. but have heard nothing since. The one employee did tell me however that the locker is insured for R250 000. I returned to the locker again today after being on holiday (obviously having replaced the lock), only to find that there has been broken in yet again. Immediately I saw that both our microwaves were missing. My girlfriend is still on holiday and I do not know what of hers is in there, so there is a great possibility that more has been ******. The employees have this "whatever" attitude and could not be bothered less to assist me. I will never make use of this facility again and I will most definitely NOT recommend it to anyone! I am deeply dissatisfied by the horrible and outrageous (lack of) service I received.
