Useless Service !

We had the same experience. Jacques is unreliable and unprofessional. Numerous phone calls and messages- no attempt to follow up or return messages or calls. We had our rhino lite repaired and a few days later it all fell off and the roof continues to leak. Pathetic workmanship. Don't bother using Stop Water !!!! Useless
