Worst service in the world

The worst service in the world. Have been waiting for 21 days to ad my wifes car and another bakie on my business insurance and still no joy. Andre my broker keeps on telling me the vehicles are insured but he is not sending me any documents. I cant work on his word and then afterwords saying he needs more information on my wifes vehicle. Can it then be insured . I will withhold there payment this month to cover me to move to other insurance
