Stopshop.co.za not interested in client satisfaction

In short, my issues with them are :

1) Not replacing a faulty unit, but try to fix instead. 2) Takes ages to respond and cant phone directly. Even the online chat is for sales only, queries needs to go by mail. 3) When I complain, they dont even respond to the complaint, but rather just say that they expect new spares this and that day 4) Their suppliers are useless, sending incorrect spares and every time I have to wait...

Baught nav in November 2013, noticed fault almost immediately , but it came right for a whilst before it finally stopped. I reported it on 22 March and went through all their technical diagnostics and checks and eventually sent it back. New parts were sent after much waiting, but the parts were incorrect. Today is 4 June 2018. I have no feedback whether the correct parts arrived on 1 June 2018 as expected. So six months plus back I baught a satnav system from these guys and still today I have a big black hole in my dashboard... I would not advise taking a chance with these guys. I will surely not make use of them again.

Follow-up: 1 August 2018. My unit is somewhere between SA and China, still don't get proper feedback, still no consideration for the client. I still drive around with a big black hole in the dashboard!

As follow-up - I still don't have a working unit! MORE than a YEAR later.
