I need better service!!
I had to pay almost R2000 in shipping and import tax and vat on a unit that cost R3150. Thats almost 60% of the value?? Nowhere on the site did it warn me about all the extra charges that i have to pay. And on there website it says free shipping worldwide on all orders??? And i mailed them a couple of times and asked for someone to phone me and explain there side. But only get generic answers back from someone. So definately no personal service. I’m still to install the unit in my car so don’t know how that will work yet.

16 Apr 2018, 18:38The unit is installed now. It looks nice. Only problem is there is no music streaming via bluetooth. Or i can’t seem to make it work. When i was asking about functionality before hand one of the girls said that i would be able to do this. Please someone form Stop Shop contact we. I want to be happy with the unit and your service and i’m sure some personal attantion would go a long way to sort issues out.

17 Apr 2018, 16:30Music streaming working. Ok. Thats really all the problems sorted for now. We’ll see how long the unit lasts. Would have loved to be able to talk to someone from the company. Telephonically. I don’t like there email system.
