faulty sat nav

<p>Just bought a sat nav for my jeep from the stop shop .got a tech to come through and install the unit .What a waste of time and money! The unit does not work he plugged it in and all the lights were flashing ! The screen do find come on and when u press the reset button the screen flashes ! I'm so disappointed in this company surely you should test your products before you send them out.</p>
