Efficient customer service & cost-effective product

Ordered an Android SatNav device for my car on 29 November, which was delivered by DHL to Cape Town on 13 December (shipped from China on 5 December). Stop Shop responded to all the queries I had promptly & contacted DHL to confirm that all paperwork was in order when it was sitting at customs in Cape Town. The device is working as expected & the Desnav software & maps (Southern Africa) also ordered through Stop Shop work well.
