Unreliable and unprofessional

After meeting with Dean twice, we were reassured he was up to the task of redoing our kitchen and bathroom. The renovation was supposed to take 2 weeks MAX and has now taken over 2 months, every time he is supposed to come and finish the snags - there is an excuse. I have now been given 9 excuses as to why he or his workers never arrive to do the job. I will now have to get someone else to come and finish up Deans mess.
