Stonetech - terrible service, terrible quality material.

We are very disappointed with the service and quality of the materials used to replace our kitchen tops! Shortly after the installation a crack appeared in the on section of counter top due to a material fault. The installer was contacted and subsequently said that the top would be replaced as was still under guarantee. This person by the name of Andries has now left the company and the Stonetech now refuse to replace the top and they are wanting to to charge us and additional R7000 to replace this.

We have sent countless whats apps, emails and phone calls, most of which go un answered. If you are looking to conduct business with them I would seriously warn against it!

We are still waiting on a response to our email from July!
