Mistreat by Waitress at Stones Bedforview

Hello Peter Some time last weekend my boyfriend and I had rekindled from a break up,so we decided to hit the town and play snooker and party at Stones Bar Bedfordview ,when we got there it was fairly packed and around 12:00 my boyfriend and I went to the bar to get the beer special where you buy 1 and you get 1 for free. We waited to be served and eventually after 10 minutes a waitress served someone next to us that just arrived a minute ago,I was a bit shocked ,but I made the waitress aware that we had been standing here for close to 10 minute,but she just purposely ignored us,after that she eventually served us , she got our order wrong and opened up the beers without our permission,we than after settled for a different type of beer cause she said they had run out of our beer, but she gave us the worse service by giving us the rude hand gesture and she threw our change and beers to us that 1 beer nearly spilt on us. We ended up asking for her name to tell the manager about our terrible experience but she insulted us and continued serving someone else.
