Stoneridge Car wash

This Carwash has no pride in the work they do, took my car there they scratch it wash it poorly pay the maximum to get it polished, not all of polish is removed, car has a scratch on it that was not there before, i send them a msg saying how unhappy i am and disgusted i am, no response, after i ask why no response, the response from them is, well i said i would not use them again so why should they worry about sending me a reply? no apology that they washed it badly and scratched the car, just the msg that your business is not important to us so we decide no need to reply, after i said would never go back the reply is then, why should i worry apologising to you. what type of business ethics is this??
