Dissapointed

I took my car to the carwash ,when I left my car there it was in perfect working condition. I then got a call saying my tracker was disconnected and the owner of the car wash had told me my battery was dead and wasn't charging. When I asked who was responsible or what had happened the owner become arrogant and rude and tell me that he would not be liable for any damages and proceeded to tell me about the expensive cars and home he owns and that he has no reason to break any of my things. I was very dissapointed as he was not only unhelpful but treated me with the utmost disrespect to the point that I asked for a higher management to speak to and they refuse to answer my calls ot get back to me
