Worst valentines.... Very poor service

I made a booking on the 7th Feb'21 with Magda for the valentines breakfast & casual cruise as a surprise wedding anniversary & valentines for my husband. But on arrival we were told the casual cruise was cancel for the morning as current was too strong as sluice gates open we were ok & decided to have lunch at the restaurant instead as we drove out from Pretoria. We went through to restaurant & looked for our table & seated ourselves as waiters were busy setting up & getting organized. We were approached by manager after 15mins & given restaurant menu as there was no valentines breakfast for R95pp & complimentary non alcoholic bubbly as advertised on facebook & at the venue. We ordered a latte & cappuccino but cappuccino was filter coffee with added milk. Hubby asked that another cappuccino be made which arrived 10mins later cold. We then proceeded to order a nachos starter, chicken schnitzel & 400gr ribs & calamari combo. Food arrived 45mins later cold. The entire time we were there we had to look for a waiter to serve us as there didn't seem to be a designated waiter. We then asked for the bill as by this time we had enough of this poor service. We were given the incorrect bill by the manager. I spend R450 on shoddy service & cold food. I won't use this venue again or recommend to anyone anyone...it was just so disappointing
