Worst service ever

We went for lunch at Stonehaven on the 15th of Feb 2015, we arrived at 11:00 and ordered our food at 11:30.<br> We received our food after 13:00 and it arrived cold, we informed 2 managers while we were waiting for our food that the service is absolutely horrible and when it arrived we informed them that the food was cold, they listened and walked away. Monday the 16th of Feb I called the Manageress of Stonehaven to inform her about our bad experience and she said she will follow up and get back to me. It is now the 24th of Feb 2015 and i have hear absolutely nothing, i am truly disappointed in the service we received.
